Pipes and Fittings for House Sewage Systems

House sewage systems with pipes and a variety of fittings have a wide range of application in everyday life: they are used as drainage pipelines in residential buildings and industrial plants, as drain pipes for liquids pursuant to regulatory requirements, and for draining of rainwater inside and outside all types of structures. House sewage pipes are available in the range between DN 32 and DN 160 in diameter, with the standardized length according to DIN 19531. For a quality stacking and transport of goods, the same are stacked on pallets with special holders.

Material

House sewage pipes and fittings are manufactured in dusty grey color RAL 7037 and are delivered with preinstalled seals. Beside the seal, the pipe also has a shaped socket, which makes connecting quick and simple, and the system has a long-term waterproof function.
In order to meet the market needs and to enhance our offer, house sewage pipes and fittings are made of polypropylene and PVC (polyvinyl chloride). Although both materials are widely applied, and are characterized by simple and quick mounting, they differ in their properties.

METHOD OF INSTALLATION

Thanks to the sockets, the installation of house sewage pipes and fittings is very simple and quick. In order to facilitate connecting, the use of a soap-based lubricant (VINISAP) is recommended, and the connections should be clean and neat. While connecting, attention should be paid that the pipes and fittings are placed in a straight line and that the connections are not too shallow or too deep, which guarantees firmness and watertightness of the connection.
While shortening the pipes, the top edge of a pipe should always be ground off smoothly to an angle of approx. 15°, which facilitates further connecting. Shortening of fittings is not recommended, as it can result in bad and wrong connections.
